Presentation of the different products, followed by a tasting session.
Today a major player in Auvergne biscuit-making know-how, the company has been making croquants d'Auvergne, sweet shortbread, carrés d'Auvergne and aperitif shortbread with PDO cheese by hand since 1986. The cookies are shaped as they were in the past, in authentic bronze molds.
