Description
To offer high-quality, healthy, and delicious bread made using traditional methods in a dedicated bakery. We use 100% organic ingredients and sourdough fermentation.
The products are certified organic, which is very important in terms of nutritional quality and health, but it’s also important for the taste!
The flour is stone-ground, which results in a flour that is much more nutritionally beneficial and has a richer flavor.
All the breads are baked with rye sourdough to provide a slight hint of acidity while remaining smooth on the palate.
The lineup focuses on bread, including country bread—plain, with fruit, seeds, or nuts—as well as rye bread, einkorn wheat, whole-grain ancient wheat, sandwich bread, and fougasses.
I sell this bread at the bakery on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The bread is also available at Clémentine et Cie in Ydes and Ussel, as well as at Le P’tit Panier in Mauriac, the Biocoop in La Serre, and the Bioshop in Ussel.
