Description

Set out to explore the iconic landscapes of the Artense High Plateau, shaped thousands of years ago by glaciers.

The walk will take you, among other places, to Lake Lastioulles, a vast body of water nestled in lush greenery, before reaching the charming village of Trémouille and its Gothic-style church, a testament to the region’s rich architectural heritage.
The route continues through several iconic villages in the region, including Condat, Riom-ès-Montagnes, and Saint-Étienne-de-Chomeil, each offering a glimpse into the heritage and identity of northern Cantal.
