La « Perche » est un gîte prévu pour 4 personnes : d’une superficie de 55m², il est orienté à l'ouest et il profite donc du soleil du soir.
La salle de bain est équipée d’une cabine de douche. Les chambres sont confortables (une avec un grand lit: 160x200cm et l'autre 2 petits lits 90x200cm), avec une commode dans chaque chambre et une penderie dans la principale. Dans le coin cuisine, il y a un frigo-congélateur, un four micro-ondes et la vaisselle indispensable à votre séjour (serviettes à main, à vaisselle et produits ménagers fournis), une banquette et un téléviseur LCD dans le séjour.
