Magali, Shiatsu specialist and Do in animator, welcomes you in a contemporary yurt in the heart of nature, to offer you individual shiatsu sessions and well-being and environmental activities for all publics (babies, children, pregnant women, adults). Shiatsu and Do In are Japanese manual energy disciplines based on the principles of Chinese medicine. They involve gentle pressure and stretching to facilitate the circulation of energy. Taking time out for yourself, connecting with yourself and others through touch, familiarizing yourself with simple gestures that feel good and that you can reproduce in your everyday life - this is the aim of the workshops organized throughout the year (they can also be tailor-made to suit your needs and desires).
