MAS offers cured meats (ham, rosette, sausage, dry sausage, etc.), charcuterie (pâtés, fritons, rillettes, etc.), local products (stuffed cabbage, pounti, truffade, etc.) and butcher's products (beef, poultry, veal, etc.).
Established in the Cantal region since the 1930s, Maison Mas offers :
- cured meats: cured ham aged 12, 24 or 36 months, rosette, sausages, dry sausage...
- charcuterie: pâtés, fritons, rillettes...
- local products: stuffed cabbage, pounti, truffade...
- Butchery products: beef, veal, poultry...
