Description
A hike punctuated by some of Sumène Artense's most emblematic sites: Couzans castle, Saut de la Saule and the Rhue gorges.
Saut de la Saule is a surprising canyon carved out of a gneiss barrier by the Rhue river. Accompanied by a succession of rapids and waterfalls, this site separates the communes of Vebret in Cantal and Bort-les-Orgues in Corrèze.
Departure point: Hameau de Cheyssac.
From the parking lot, at the crossroads between the D22 and the D103, take the D103 towards Bort-les-Orgues, then the first road on the right which takes you to the center of the hamlet.
